A Child’s Health Begins Before Conception
Most activities and goals in life require planning, preparation, and actionable steps. If you know you will be starting a family in the future, something you may not have considered is how important it is to prepare your physical body for conception. With sound nutritional guidance, you can support your body so it is more replete with nutrients, safely detoxified, and ready to “receive” a pregnancy, after all, it is a nutrient and energy demand on the mother’s body to grow a fetus. Why not get started!
Imagine being born into the world replete and "topped up" with nutrients that foster a strong immune system making for a feeling of emotional contentment reflected by this biological repletion. Mom’s milk is teeming with nutrients and abundant “life force” and the breast is emotionally “warm” because mom has readied her body to nourish a little one by first nourishing herself. Your good health will certainly influence a growing fetus and a child at all stages.
Fertility
When there are issues with conception, there can be imbalances at the biochemical level for either partner that is part of the infertility issues. The reality is, most people have some form of imbalance at the biochemical level. Resolving these imbalances with a fitting diet and supplementation based on objective testing can prepare the body for pregnancy.
In a hair tissue mineral analysis study that was carried out on 9-month-old children of 50 women who underwent in-vitro fertilization (IVF), it was discovered that the children had low levels of chromium, iron, magnesium and elevated levels of mercury and molybdenum compared to the control group. (Trace Elements Inc, 2019). These are nutrient depletions and toxicities verified by objective testing already at the beginning of life.
Plan Before Conception
To be conscientious about your health in advance of conception is a wonderful investment in your health and for your family-to-be and is worthy of sound planning.
